Limerick crash causes traffic disruption

A road accident has caused major traffic disruption in Limerick today.

The N7 Limerick to Dublin road has been closed between Daly's Cross and Herbert's pub as a result of the crash.

Long tailbacks are being reported and motorists are being diverted via Castleconnell.

The road was expected to reopen at around 11.15am.
