The body of an Irish woman has been found washed up on a beach in Thailand, the Department of Foreign Affairs confirmed today.

The body of an Irish woman has been found washed up on a beach in Thailand, the Department of Foreign Affairs confirmed today.

It is understood the woman was in her 20s and from Co Monaghan.
