The group campaigning against the Shell gas refinery in Co Mayo is vowing to appeal the EPA's decision to grant a licence to the facility.

The group campaigning against the Shell gas refinery in Co Mayo is vowing to appeal the EPA's decision to grant a licence to the facility.

The Environmental Protection Agency approved the licence today, subject to 90 conditions.
