A teenager who stole over €10,000 worth of video games by posing as a courier and picking up what he claimed was an incorrect delivery has been sentenced to two years detention by Judge Katherine Delahunt.

A teenager who stole over €10,000 worth of video games by posing as a courier and picking up what he claimed was an incorrect delivery has been sentenced to two years detention by Judge Katherine Delahunt.

Glen Boylan (aged 18) of Henrietta House, Dublin 1, who later told gardaí he was going to donate the games to charity, pleaded guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court, to the theft of the games from Gamestop on Lower Liffey Street, on December 23, 2005.
