Irish consumers 'should complain more often'

One in two Irish people will not complain if they are unhappy with food hygiene standards while eating out, according to new research by Safe Food.

The food hygiene watchdog has launched a new campaign to encourage consumers to 'Speak Out' if they are unsatisfied with standards.
