Detective: Dublin drug raid 'significant'
Gardaí said today that several searches are ongoing following last night's series of drug and firearm seizures at three locations in Dublin.
Cocaine, hash, money and firearms as well as a press and vacuuming equipment for packing drugs were confiscated.
Four men are still being questioned in connection with the raids in Tallaght, Walkinstown and Clondalkin.
They were carried out as part of Operation Anvil and targeted at gangland crime.
Detective Superintendent PJ Brown who is leading the investigation, described the raids as 'significant'.
