Planning Tribunal could be wrapped up early next year
The Dáil has been told that the Planning and Payments Tribunal could be wrapped up early next year.
The Labour Leader Eamon Gilmore said this morning that Judge Alan Mahon wrote to TDs yesterday and informed them that he intended to close down the public sittings when the current Quarryvale module comes to an end.
Mr Gilmore asked if a motion was required to bring the inquiry to an end.
Tanáiste Brian Cowen said such issues are a matter for the Tribunal team.
