A 16-year-old boy, who knocked out a man’s tooth and broke three more when he pelted him with rocks, has been remanded on bail pending sentence by Judge Ann Ryan at the Dublin Children’s Court.

A 16-year-old boy, who knocked out a man’s tooth and broke three more when he pelted him with rocks, has been remanded on bail pending sentence by Judge Ann Ryan at the Dublin Children’s Court.

The boy, who was accompanied to court by his father, yesterday pleaded guilty to assault causing harm to a security man, at a construction site, in Poppentree, Ballymun, in Dublin, on October 22 last. He also admitted another charge for criminally damaging vehicles during the same incident.
