PSNI chief constable Hugh Orde has told the DUP that there is no evidence so far to back up claims of IRA involvement in the murder of Paul Quinn last weekend.

The 21-year-old died after being savagely beaten by a gang of men during a paramilitary-style punishment attack in Co Monaghan on Saturday evening.
