Rape centre says victims seeking treatment have doubled

The Dublin Rape Crisis Centre has reported a significant increase in the number of people presenting to the sexual assault treatment unit at the Rotunda Hospital.

The Dublin Rape Crisis Centre has reported a significant increase in the number of people presenting to the sexual assault treatment unit at the Rotunda Hospital.

The organisation says the number of people going to the unit in the company of DRCC volunteers doubled between 2001 and 2006.
