Woman, 83, seriously injured in Cork hit-and-run

An elderly woman has been seriously injured in a hit-and-run incident near Midleton in Co Cork this morning.

The 83-year-old pedestrian was hit by a car on the N25 in Castlemartyr just after 7am.
