Four men have pleaded not guilty to the murder of a nightclub bouncer in Limerick in November 2002.

Gary Campion (aged 24) of Pineview Gardens, Moyross, Limerick, John (aged 27) and Dessie (aged 23) Dundon both from Ballinacara Weston, Co. Limerick and Clare business man Anthony Kelly (aged 50) with an address at Killrush all plead not guilty to murdering 33-year-old Brian Fitzgerald, a nightclub bouncer on November 29 2002 at Brookhaven Road, Mill Road, Corbally, Limerick.

A jury of twelve men was sworn in for the trial which is expected to last up to ten weeks.

The trial will start tomorrow at the Central Criminal Court sitting at Cloverhill.
