Two more die on Cork roads

Two men have been killed in a second fatal crash in Cork today

The men died following a collision involving a van and a car on the Mitchelstown bypass.

Meanwhile the 2 men killed in this morning's fatal crash on the Newmarket to Kanturk road have been named as 25-year-old Gerard O'Keefe and 39-year-old James McAuliffe, a married father of four.

Both were from Newmarket and travelling in the same car.

A woman who was also in the car has been taken to Cork University Hospital and is not believed to be seriously injured.
