Builders accused of massive profiteering on house prices

A leading housing charity is accusing wealthy property developers of unacceptable profiteering from inflated house prices.

Respond says builders are pocketing around €170,000 in profit from the average house sale in Ireland while the less well-off are struggling with massive mortgages.
