Limerick therapy house to benefit from Mini-Marathon
New Limerick therapy house to benefit from Mini-Marathon fundraising Around 2000 people are gearing up for the Limerick Mini-Marathon which takes place later today.
The 4.5 mile annual run kicks off at two o'clock this afternoon, in a bid to raise money for several local charities.
The CARI Foundation is using this year's event to raise money for a new therapy house in Limerick city, for children with disabilities.
Spokesperson Anne Byrne said it's not too late to get involved.
