Harney: Hospitals have to cope with job freeze

Health Minister Mary Harney says Ireland's hospitals will have to find ways to cope with the HSE recruitment freeze.

The comment follows reports this morning that a number of operations at Cavan Hospital have been postponed because of the measure.
