Man died when motorbike hit pole in Schull

A 20-year-old man has been killed in a road accident in Co Cork.

It is understood his motorbike crashed into a pole at Colla Road in Schull at around 12.30 this morning.

No other vehicles were involved in the incident.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to the crash. Anyone with any information is asked to contact Schull Station on 028 28111.
