Dodds insists DUP will not accept policing deadline

A leading DUP member has again insisted that policing and justice powers will not be devolved to the Stormont Executive within the planned timetable.

The St Andrew's proposals said this should happen by May of next year, but many DUP hardliners are vehemently opposed to the move.
