NIB advises health unions and employers to get into talks

The National Implementation Body has advised health unions and employers to attend the Labour Relations Commission in a bid to resolve the row over the recruitment freeze.

The move has followed a complaint from the unions to the body which was established to ensure industrial relations peace and stability.
