Armed gardaí 'talk' man down from Dublin roof

Armed gardaí were called to a housing complex near Patrick's Street Dublin this morning because a man who climbed onto the roof of one of the buildings and threatened to throw himself off appeared to have a firearm.

The incident began just after 3am when the man was noticed by neighbours of the complex who alerted Gardaí
