A youth who allegedly tried to ram a patrol car during a 35 minute traffic pursuit and later broke a Garda’s finger when he was arrested, has been returned for trial to the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.

The 17-year-old boy faces two charges for recklessly endangering life, at Church Road, in Blanchardstown, and one for assault causing harm, at a north Dublin halting site, on December 2 last year.
