Three companies to create almost 200 new jobs in Cork
Almost 200 new jobs are to be created over the coming years by three companies in Cork city and county.
The computer software firm SolarWinds says it will be creating 75 jobs at a new European headquarters in the Mahon area of the city.
Eirebloc, a new start-up firm that makes pallets from recycled wood, is also planning to create 73 new positions at a plant in Macroom, while the fund administration company Apex is to create 45 jobs in Midleton.
Minister for Enterprise Micheál Martin is welcoming the investments.
