Harney says cancer care services must be centralised

Minister for Health Mary Harney has said all cancer care services must be centralised to ensure patients receive the highest quality of care.

Speaking at a patient safety conference in Dublin today, Ms Harney said world class cancer services could not be provided in every hospital.
