Gardaí await post mortem report on woman's death

Gardaí are today continuing to probe the death of a woman in her 40s, who died in hospital after she was violently attacked in a Dublin house.

Gardaí were called to the address in La Verna Dale, Castleknock, yesterday morning and the seriously injured woman was rushed to James Connolly Memorial Hospital in Blanchardstown, but later died from her injuries.
