Agbonlahors to lodge last-minute deportation challenge

Solicitors for the Agbonlahor family will lodge a last-minute application for an injunction to stop their deportation this morning.

Olivia Agbonlahor and her six-year-old twins Great and Melissa face certain deportation if the application is denied.

Ms Agbonlahor says her autistic son Great will suffer if he returns to Nigeria.

The family is due to sign on at the Garda National Immigration Bureau offices later today.

Supporters are planning a protest outside the offices calling on the Minister for Justice to rescind the deportation order.
