IFA and UFU join forces to demand ban on Brazilian beef

The Irish Farmers' Association and the Ulster Farmers' Union have issued a joint call for an EU ban on Brazilian beef imports.

The two organisations claim foot-and-mouth disease is rampant in Brazil and all meat imports from the South American country should be banned immediately.
