Lenihan refuses to back-track on decision to deport Agbonlahors

The Minister for Justice Brian Lenihan has said he will not over-rule his predecessor's decision to deport a Nigerian woman and her twins.

Michael McDowell ruled that Olivia Agbonlahor and 6-year-olds Melissa and Great - who has autism - should be sent home to Nigeria.
