Woman killed in Limerick car crash

A woman in her late 50s was killed when she was hit by a car, gardaí said today.

The incident happened at Rivers, Castletroy, Limerick, at 9.10pm last night.

A Garda spokesman said: “Gardaí are investigating the circumstances of the accident.”
