Taoiseach: Cork drugs haul worth more than €100m

Taoiseach Bertie Ahern has confirmed in the Dáil that yesterday's drugs seizure off the Mizen Head peninsula in Cork was worth well in excess of €100m.

“It is too early to draw conclusions about the source of the drugs or their intended destination but that will come out in the investigations,” he said.
