Dáil begins stamp-duty debate

Politicians will begin debating the Government's planned stamp-duty reforms when the Dáil meets today.

The Cabinet has already approved legislation that will implement Fianna Fáil's pre-election promise to abolish stamp duty for all first-time home-buyers.
