American-Ireland Fund hold conference in Kerry

Some of America's biggest businessmen are in Ireland this weekend as delegates gather in Kerry for the annual conference of the American-Ireland Fund.

Last year the fund donated more than €7m to Irish projects in the areas of community development, peace and reconciliation, arts, culture and education.

This weekend those behind the fund are discussing spending plans for the coming year.
