FG seeks Prison Service reform after Mountjoy blunder

Fine Gael is calling for a reform of the Prison Service following the mistaken release of a convicted robber from Mountjoy jail in Dublin.

Thirty-five-year-old Mark Kenny, from Ballyfermot in Dublin, was serving a six-year sentence and wasn't due to be freed until December 2010.
