SF calls on Greens to scrap ASBOs

Sinn Féin justice spokesperson Aengus Ó Snodaigh has today called on the Green Party to scrap the anti-social behavior orders (ASBOs).

Sinn Féin justice spokesperson Aengus Ó Snodaigh has today called on the Green Party to scrap the anti-social behaviour orders (ASBOs).

The call came following a Garda report today which stated that gardaí have universally declined to use the ASBO provision, instead using existing legislation.
