Galway gardaí treating discovery of body as 'suspicious'

Gardaí are treating as suspicious the discovery of a man's body in a building near Galway City at around 2.30pm today.

The body was found on St Johns Avenue, at the back of a premises off Henry Street.

The area was sealed off for a forensic examination. A post mortem is expected to be carried out tomorrow.
