A 51-year-old cyclist has died in hospital after he was hit by a car in Co Down last night.

A 51-year-old cyclist has died in hospital after he was hit by a car in Co Down last night.

Brian Marshall, from Bangor, was knocked down at Killaughey Road in Donaghadee at around 7pm.

He was rushed to hospital, but died of his injuries this morning.
