Two charged in connection with Orange hall fire

Two men were tonight charged in connection with the attempted arson at the Orange hall in Sion Mills.

The 20 and 21-year-olds were charged with attempted arson and conspiracy to commit arson.

A PSNI spokesman said the men were due to appear before Enniskillen magistrates’ court on Monday.

The unsuccessful attack on the hall at Tullymoan Road in Sion Mills was made early today, said police.

A silver car was seen driving from the scene and a short time later police stopped a similar car and arrested the two occupants.
