No change for Moloney and Foley on fifth count

It is still neck and neck between John Moloney and John Foley in Laois/Offaly after the fifth count following the elimination of John Bracken and the distribution of his votes.

Just two votes separate the pair with Moloney on 8,116 votes and Foley on 8,114.
