Healy-Rae claims third and final Kerry South seat

Jackie Healy-Rae has been returned as an Independent TD in Kerry South tonight.

That completes the line-up in the three-seater constituency after Minister John O'Donoghue and FG's Tom Sheehan were earlier elected.
