Second woman facing cancer op after botched diagnosis

A second Irish woman is reportedly facing a mastectomy after being mistakenly given the all-clear for breast cancer.

Reports this morning say the 38-year-old Limerick woman was initially told that her biopsy was clear, only to be informed four weeks later that she did actually have breast cancer.
