Woman's ear bitten off in Belfast gang attack

A woman has had part of her ear bitten off after being assaulted by a gang of up to nine people.

The savage onslaught happened at about 5.30am in the Altnamona area of west Belfast and the 25-year-old victim was taken to the Royal Victoria Hospital for treatment.
