The draft 'Mental Health and Social Inclusion' report, published by the National Economic and Social Forum, shows that without work, they are at a greater risk of exclusion.

The report found one fifth of employers have mental health policies in place.

More than one in six employees said they had experienced mental ill health in the past two years.
