Taoiseach pays tribute to Blair in Westminster speech

The Taoiseach Bertie Ahern has paid Tony Blair a glowing tribute for his role in the Northern peace process.

He made the comments during his speech to the joint Houses of Parliament in London, the first Taoiseach ever to have addressed the British parliament.
