'We'll put victims before criminals': Kenny

The justice system must be re-balanced to put victims before criminals, Opposition leader Enda Kenny said today as the general election reached its mid-way point.

Campaigning in Co Cork, he insisted that Fine Gael’s Victims’ Rights Charter would ensure that relatives are informed in advance of prisoner release dates.
