SF says it will only invest health funds in public system

Sinn Féin is pledging to ensure that all state funding is invested only in the public health system if it gets into government.

The party says it will provide full medical cards for all under-18s and everybody under the poverty line and will ring-fence 12% of the health budget for mental health services.
