Man killed in Meath crash

A man was killed today in a car crash in Co Meath, gardaí confirmed.

The victim – in his 30s – died in the single vehicle collision at Lagore, near Ratoath.

The car the man was driving left the road and crashed into a tree at around 3.30pm.

He was taken to Blanchardstown Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Gardaí at Ashbourne Station are investigating the crash.
