No questions to answer: Ahern
The Taoiseach has again insisted that the Planning Tribunal is not investigating anything to do with the STG£30,000 given to him by businessman Micheal Wall.
Bertie Ahern was speaking while canvassing in Galway today.
The Taoiseach said he had no further questions to answer beyond what the Tribunal had put to him relating to an allegation that he had received money from developer Owen O'Callaghan.
Both Mr Ahern and Mr O Callaghan have denied that claim.
Meanwhile the Taoiseach also said he had not discussed the matter of his finances with Tánaiste Michael McDowell since last autumn.
Mr Mc Dowell has confirmed that senior members of the PDs would discuss the controversy at a meeting in Dublin this evening.
