Man charged over Gort siege allowed to return home

The 40 year-old Galway man charged in connection with the Gort siege last October is to be allowed return to his home.

Anthony Burke of 67 Crowe Street, Gort has been charged with a further six offences arising out of the incident in Crowe Street which saw neighbouring houses evacuated and ended in gunfire.
