Man arrested after gun found in Limerick murder probe
Gardaí in Limerick are continuing to question a man in his 20s who was detained in the Moyross area last night.
He was arrested after gardaí discovered a loaded revolver during one of a number of planned searches following the murder of Noel Crawford yesterday.
The 34-year-old father-of-three was shot dead in the Thomangate area of the city in what is believed to be a feud-related killing.
The man is being detained at Mayorstone garda station under the provisions of Section 30 of the Offences against the State Act.
