Lawyers for the Mahon Tribunal claimed this afternoon that the widow of Liam Lawlor did not have any legal standing to bring judicial review proceedings against it.

Hazel Lawlor of Somerton House in Lucan is seeking an order to stop the tribunal from making findings of serious misconduct against her or her late husband, who died in a car crash in Moscow in October of 2005.
