Man questioned in connection with death of Wexford father

A man has been questioned by gardaí in relation to the death of Wexford father of three Aidan Gahan.

The 56-year-old received head injuries during an assault in Glenbrien on Easter Monday.

He died earlier this week in Beaumont Hopsital.

The 29-year-old man, who is from Co Wexford, was released this afternoon.

A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
